I. Application Principle The foam dust capture and dust reduction technology has been widely used in coal mining. It utilizes dust removal water pipes and compressed air pipelines, mixed with water in a certain ratio, and through a special foaming device, compressed air is introduced to generate high-multiplicity foam, which is sprayed onto the dust source through nozzles. The foam acts on the dust through good coverage, wetting, and adhesion, fundamentally preventing the spread of dust and effectively reducing the concentration of dust in the air. Compared with other wet dust suppression methods, the water usage is reduced by 50-80%, and the dust removal efficiency is more than three times higher than that of spray watering.
II. Technical Features of Foam Dust Capture Agent
1. The foam can cover the cutting drum of the mining machine without gaps, allowing the cutting to be completed within the foam body, fundamentally preventing the spread of dust;
2. After the liquid forms foam, the total volume and total surface area increase significantly, increasing the collision probability with dust and enhancing the dust reduction efficiency;
3. The liquid film of the foam contains a specially made dust capture agent, which can greatly reduce the surface tension of water and quickly increase the speed at which dust is wetted;
4. The foam has good adhesion, and dust will be quickly adhered to the foam after contact;

IV. Application Range of the Product Suitable for dust disaster prevention in confined spaces such as coal mine working faces, belt conveyor transfer points, and tunnel construction sites.
1. Dust production on coal mining working faces. The main dust-producing processes on coal mining working faces include coal falling, loading, transportation by the mining machine, hydraulic support movement, transportation transfer, manual coal breaking, blasting, and coal release at the coal mouth, etc.
2. Dust production on tunneling working faces. The main dust-producing processes on tunneling working faces include mechanical rock (coal) breaking, loading, blasting, coal liver transportation transfer, and anchor spraying, etc.
3. Dust production at other locations. The anchor spraying site during tunnel maintenance, coal loading and unloading points, etc., also produce high concentrations of mine dust. Especially the instantaneous mine dust concentration at the coal loading and unloading site can sometimes reach the coal dust explosion concentration limit, which is very dangerous.

The bleaching enhancer for pulping has an extremely strong capturing and dispersing effect on metal ions. It can chelate with various polyvalent metal ions such as calcium, magnesium, zinc, and iron over a wide pH range, forming more stable water-soluble complexes. This prevents adverse consequences such as reaction precipitation scaling, ineffective decomposition of bleaching agents, and pulp re-yellowing caused by metal ions during the pulp bleaching process. At the same time, it has the effect of protecting pulp fibers and increasing the dispersibility of bleaching liquids.
1. It can effectively inhibit the catalytic decomposition of hydrogen peroxide and hypochlorous acid bleaching agents caused by metal ions, improve bleaching efficiency, save bleaching liquid, and reduce bleaching costs.
2. It has a strong capturing and dispersing effect on Fe3 ions, avoiding the reaction of Fe3 ions with phenolic groups in the pulp to form dark-colored complexes, protecting fibers, improving pulp brightness, and reducing pulp re-yellowing.
3. It can effectively prevent polyvalent metal ions such as calcium and magnesium from undergoing chemical reactions to form precipitates during the pulp bleaching process, thus preventing system equipment and pipeline scaling, and can gradually remove the original scaling of the bleaching system.
4. It has a certain dispersing ability and can improve the dispersibility of sodium silicate, thereby reducing the amount of sodium silicate used.
5. It protects pulp fibers and prevents the damage to fibers by the NaOH peeling reaction.
6. Compared with traditional DTPA, it has good environmental friendliness.

Application:
Add continuously to the system according to the process ratio or using a metering pump, the dosage is generally 1~5 kg/ton of dry pulp, but it should be used according to specific situations to obtain the best effect.
Packaging and Storage:
Packaged in 200kg or 1-ton plastic drums. Store away from light for 1 year.
